Modern room, clean room with a flat-screen TV and free wi-fi made for a comfortable stay, and the friendly staff ensured that I had a pleasant experience while enjoying breakfast every morning in a convenient location just a short walk from trendy restaurants and cafes.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff

During my stay for a couple of nights, I found the staff to be incredibly welcoming and attentive. The modern, clean room was comfortable, providing everything I needed for my trip. The location was excellent, just a short walk from great dining options. However, the breakfast could have included a bit more variety to truly showcase local flavors.

We had an amazing group vacation! We explored cultural spots like the Mercedes Sierra de Perez el Chicó Museum and enjoyed the vibrant area, perfect for shopping and dining. The staff was super accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

One issue was that the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, which made our room uncomfortably warm at times. We called for help, but it wasn't resolved.

The lobby was bright and inviting, with stylish decor that made navigating the space easy for seniors. I loved the spaciousness that added to the comfort, making it feel like a welcoming retreat at all times.

However, the gym felt a bit cramped due to high temperatures, and the lack of variety in cardio equipment was noticeable. The staff were friendly, but occasionally, service at the restaurant was slower than expected.

This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, a comfortable gym, and a fantastic breakfast, I have everything I need. The staff once assisted me in finding a florist, which I really appreciated. I’m coming back for Easter!

The stay exceeded our expectations with a very clean and comfortable room. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially during breakfast where Don Luis provided excellent service. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby parks and attractions. However, the air conditioning was a bit of an issue as it remained set at one temperature, and the laundry fees felt overpriced. Overall, it was a wonderful experience celebrating my boyfriend's birthday.
